What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of restaurant general management experience (GM preferred) in Fast-food, QSR, or fast casual.
• Proven success in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and hitting performance targets
• High energy, hands-on leader with a passion for training and mentoring others
• Ability to manage P&L, labor, and inventory in a high-volume setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work nights/weekends
