Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused quick-service restaurant in Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, team development, and creating a positive dining experience. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving performance through effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house functions
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations
Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control food and labor costs
Create and maintain staff schedules based on operational needs
Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
Analyze financial reports and work toward achieving sales goals and operational targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or quick-service environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, and basic financials
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
