We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the day-to-day administration of the platform while also supporting the implementation of new features and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules in Salesforce Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs Participate in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong organization and time management skills Development experience is a plus Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce preferred Our client is a global leader in human capital management solutions, known for its innovative technology and strong company culture.
