Job Description Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Financial Services Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business analysis skills to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization, and data management. Financial Services Cloud Support: Provide specialized support for the Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce features and functionalities. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform. Compensation: $40/hr to $43/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience Financial Services Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
• Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelors Degree Salesforce Certifications null
