SNI Technology's top client is seeking to hire a talented Salesforce Administrator/Developer for an exciting full-time, permanent position. This position is a 100% fully remote opportunity. No C2C or sponsorship.

Salesforce Administrator/Developer

SNI Technology is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage and enhance our client's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administration and development within Salesforce, with the ability to design and implement custom solutions to meet business requirements. Ideally the candidate will also have experience working with technology and development teams to integrate Salesforce workflows with other enterprise systems (i.e., Microsoft, NetSuite, custom solutions, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and support the Salesforce environment including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
• Collaborate with other technical team members to Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and platforms as required.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and data model.
• Proficient in Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Solid understanding of data management, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Experience :

• Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, ACT On, SalesLoft, Chilipiper.
• Knowledge of other CRM platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce.

Location and Travel Requirements :

• This position requires limited travel.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The compensation for this position is in the range of $90K up to $150K annually plus full benefits. Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
