Job Title : Salesforce Engineer-Healthcare Location : Mexico Duration : Long Term About you: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Experience cloud at an enterprise level of complexity. Expert understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Aura, and Flow. Experience with SFDX, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools. Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk) Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Conducting code reviews and unit testing Mentoring and training junior developers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Vlocity product suit implementation experience (Industry cloud) is desired Healthcare, especially Health insurance (Payor) business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
