JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Junior Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our CRM Manager. This role will be integral in ensuring data integrity, crafting custom solutions, and enhancing business processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Salesforce support queue to ensure timely resolution of issues
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to generate actionable insights
Help maintain data integrity within the Salesforce CRM system
Assist with the automation of business processes to improve efficiency
Develop custom solutions to optimize workflows across internal departments
Support Salesforce integrations and data connectivity to the Lakehouse
Ability to translate technical details for the target audience
Provide insights on customer data to improve engagement and experience
Lead trainings and end user enablement with various departments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1-2 years Salesforce/CRM Admin Experience required
Preferred exposure to other Salesforce products (ie Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent related experience will be considered
COMPUTER SKILLS:
This position requires the employee to have at least 1-2 years' experience working with Salesforce as well as familiarity with business analytics. An interest in emerging platforms and technologies is necessary for success in this position.
