Salesforce QA lead (Hybrid)

We provide Next Gen QA offerings like System Modernization assurance, Business Process Assurance, Quality Engineering, Cloud Platform Assurance, Customer Experience Assurance and Robotic Test Automation.

Location (Hybrid 3 days per week) : Titusville, NJ

Roles and Responsibilities

• 16+ years’ experience in testing – health cloud experience in recent journey preferred. Strong SFDC background is key to success.
• Effective and clear communication is essential, as the leads will be collaborating not only with J&J's internal teams but also with external partners during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
• Preferred location is NJ. Should be based out of Titusville NJ. Need to work in EST time zone.
• Sound understanding of J&J tools and processes. Should have deep experience with Jira, Xray, J&J SDLC processes. Prior experience in J&J UAT leadership preferred.
• Ability to work in multi-vendor, multi partner engagements with proven stakeholder management knowledge.
• Should have the ability and willingness to go hands on when needed (authoring UAT scenarios/test scripts) and peel off to leadership level (govern and manage UAT) in other times.
• Commitment to identifying areas for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance the overall UAT process.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple squads/PODs UAT in tandem or in sequence. This is a multi-stream/ multi squad program.

Required Qualifications

• SFDC Health Cloud, SQL, JIRA-Xray, Basic Automation, UAT coordination, planning and orchestration, Agile, Test Strategy and planning.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 1/15/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $81,513 to 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
