Salary: $1,500-$2,000 Weekly

At Haloprime Inc, we install DISH Network service in residential homes. We invest in our Technicians, providing online and on-the-job training. Our Technicians are responsible for multiple customer visits daily which would include completing site surveys, installing satellite equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating our customers on the award-winning DISH Satellite services. We compensate for a high-quality installation and exceptional customer service/education.

Satellite TV Installers/Technician Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys - determine the best location and positioning of the satellite equipment and be able to communicate the options with the customer.
• Installing service - Installing mounts, satellite dishes and receivers while ensuring connectivity
• Customer Education Assist/educate customers with their DISH equipment, and the basics of using their new technology.
• Up-selling Dish Smart Home Services - Successful technicians offer our customers additional services and products while earning additional income on every install.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Installer/Technician will have the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment, with an exceptional driving record and access to a white installation vehicle, that meets DISHs minimum standards.
• Cable/satellite industry experience is a plus but not required
