School Psychologist – Full Time | Shoreline, WA | 2025–2026 School Year | In-person Only 

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate  School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year in  Shoreline, Washington . We are a local, women- and therapist-operated company on a mission to improve the school-based employment experience for professionals like you. Job Highlights:

• Location: Shoreline, WA
• Position: School Psychologist
• Leave Coverage: Mid January 2026 through end of the school year (with potential to continue to November 2026)
• 1 elementary school with additional support at a high school
• Full time hours M-F, in person candidates only

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations
• Write comprehensive IEP reports
• Attend IEP and staff meetings
• Provide progress monitoring and documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams
• Other duties as assigned by district team

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid  Washington ESA Certification (required before start)
• NASP membership a plus
• School-based experience preferred but not required
