Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the FlexTrap SaaS platform team at FlexTecs. This is a full-time remote role based in Miami, FL . The SDR will focus on driving awareness and adoption of our AI and machine learning-driven solutions designed specifically for AP and P2P leaders.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads , and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You'll work in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment , wearing multiple hats and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage AP and P2P leaders.
  • Qualify potential clients based on their needs and align them with FlexTrap solutions.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide detailed lead handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on FlexTrap’s AI and machine learning capabilities to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications

  • Located in Miami, FL , with the ability to work remotely.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales , preferably with exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Experience working in a startup environment , comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and other sales technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus but not required.
