Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and making complex travel arrangements. The role also involves serving as the main liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
Additional tasks include reviewing and preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings, assisting with invoice approvals, and supporting the CEO on various projects and personal matters. Candidates should have at least ten years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
