About the Role:
\nWe are looking for a talented individual who thrives on innovation and has a passion for creating original concepts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating fashion trends into tangible designs, contributing significantly to the development of new product lines. You will see your creative vision come to life, impacting the market and delighting customers with fresh, exciting styles.

Responsibilities:

• Create original concepts that encompass style, color, and fabric, driven by insightful interpretations of current and emerging fashion trends.
\n
• Produce detailed sketches and prepare compelling seasonal presentations of proposed designs.
\n
• Conduct thorough analysis of fashion trends to inform and inspire design direction.
\n
• Collaborate closely with sourcing and materials development teams to ensure design feasibility and material innovation.
\n
• Provide foundational fit and body block information, and actively participate in fit sessions to refine and perfect designs.
\n

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Demonstrated related design experience, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
\n
• Proven ability to interpret fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
\n
• Strong collaborative skills, with experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
\n
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in SF
\n
