Qualifications 5+ years in HCM or ERP consulting or deployment experience for medium to large enterprises Hands-on configuration and functional experience in core HCM and Security 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME Additional Skills Ability to quickly understand complex HR systems and acquire deep Workday knowledge Workday certification or ability to obtain it Strong stakeholder collaboration, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills Experience with global implementations and managing multiple client engagements Location & Compensation Primary Location: Atlanta, GA. Salary range: $116,900 - $175,400 USD, with variations based on location and experience. Willing to travel up to 10%.
