We are seeking a Super Senior eCommerce Specialist to join our remote team. If you have a proven track record with Google Shopping, Meta Ads, and SEO, and you’re hungry for growth, this could be your next big move. This is a full-time position – we do not accept freelancers. Position: SEM Specialist (Facebook Ads + Google Ads) Responsibilities include: Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands. Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA. Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability. Conduct creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Perform competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy. Generate reports & insights using Looker Studio and other analytics tools. Must-Have Skills: 3-5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns. Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus). Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management. Strong analytical skills focused on revenue-driving decisions. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads. Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Experience with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable). Bonus Points: Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce. Knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency. Experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.
