CTV Sales Specialist

As a CTV Sales Specialist at Walmart Connect, you're in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! It's your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your clients business and drive revenue at Walmart. You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our CTV ad offering. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and adoption of our ad products while also acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do...

• Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Walmart Connects CTV offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams.
• Use your experience to drive customer engagements focused on our CTV value proposition.
• Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals.
• Manage a variety of advertiser accounts.
• Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations.

What You'll Bring:

• Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation.
• Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart Merchandising.
• An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, including programmatic ad sales and at least 2 years of experience in CTV sales.
• A proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, create programs for brands to connect with consumers, and identify sales opportunities.
• An ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives.
• A team-first mindset, with a desire to bring your cross-functional colleagues along for the ride.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279/Los Angeles, California US-10988: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelors degree in psychology or related area. Option 2: Masters degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area. Option 3: 5 years experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales. 5 years experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales. 5 years experience managing client accounts. 5 years experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Preferred Qualifications...

Masters degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
