Objective:
Support the L&T Digital Energy Solutions (DES) business by owning project schedules and budget, interfacing with customers / suppliers / partners / internal resources and reporting frequent updates to customer and key stakeholders on schedule and budget. The Project Manager supports the Project Delivery Leader (PDL) in the customer success strategy and execution of multiple projects. Additionally, it defines the tools and operating rhythm for the overall project execution and customer’s goals.
The role is required to have more than 80% focus for the USA region growth. Within less than 20% in the global role, the Project Manager will support the PDL in coordinating with regional growth leaders and project team, as needed. L&T is looking for individuals to fill the Project Manager role to promote a powerful, modern solution to help companies achieve their growth plans, including high-impact and high-quality measurable results.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
• 10+ years of project management experience, including construction & installation.
• PMP Certified.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Located in Fairfield, CA, or a nearby location and able to travel 10% to 30% of the time.
• Experience authoring & managing project schedules with minimal supervision.
• Experience in permit submittals to Utility.
• Experience in using project management tools such as MS Project.

• Responsible for on-time delivery, compliance, and successful project execution.
• Direct point of contact with customers, suppliers, and partners for assigned projects.
• Drive project milestones, plans, schedules, necessary resources, etc.
• Creates, tracks, and communicates risks, project deviations, and contingency plans.
• Produce quality, on-budget, and timely deliverables.
• Support process and tool creation.
• Provide proposal and solution support, including advisory services, economic analysis, master planning, and project engagement to ensure customer success and feedback of lessons learned into improvements to product, processes, and people.
• Applies continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
• Always act in the best interest of the company.
