The Senior Quality Engineer will be a key member of the quality team, responsible for ensuring products and processes comply with the client's Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves collaborating directly with high-profile customers to identify root causes of non-conformances and working internally to implement systems that enhance quality at its source. Client Details An aerospace manufacturer located in the western suburbs is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to oversee their on-site lab. Their customers include prominent OEMs such as Boeing, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman. Description Involved in developing quality control policies and evaluates production limitations Ability to work cross functionally to resolve quality issues Work directly with OEM manufacturers to discuss product quality Maintain and continuously the develop the companies QMS Assist with creating and maintaining quality documentation Support first article inspection, approve materials, final product assemblies by confirming specifications, conduct visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Ability to troubleshoot CMM programming Understanding of root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to establish correct inspection criteria Working knowledge of NADCAP regulations Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
