This role is an in office full-time position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is exempt salary, and pays a range of $70,000.00-$90,000.00 plus commissions, depending on experience, qualifications, and skillset. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruitment: From Sourcing candidates, Screening resume, interviewing (by phone, virtual, and in-person), administering appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, making recommendations for hire (or not hire) for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with department heads to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manages application/resume file and retention
• Adheres to and promotes the Better Debt Solutions Mission, Vision, and Values while acting as a role model for others.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in Recruitment
• Proven track record of placing candidates
• High volume recruitment experience with a can-do Attitude!
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience utilizing an ATS (Preferably Greenhouse)
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
• Incredible work ethic
• Team Player!
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
