Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top sales talent for our client, a leader in software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and hire high-performing sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technical environments. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create a talent pipeline that aligns with our business objectives.

Candidates must be located in the Raleigh, NC area and available to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Recruiting for roles such as Account Managers/Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Specialists, and similar positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, team dynamics, and company culture to attract the right candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target top sales talent in the technical sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting for sales positions within the technical or technology sector is highly preferred. Recruiting for roles such as Account Managers/Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Specialists, and similar positions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both passive and active candidates.
• Experience with various recruiting tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience recruiting for various sales positions within the technical/software industry
