About the UX Writing team at Riverside- At Riverside, UX writing is part of the design team, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering to shape intuitive, user‑centered experiences. We believe words are design and treat them that way. Our writers are strategic thinkers who craft copy that’s clear, helpful, and always on‑brand. On your day to day- you’ll shape the words that shape our product – writing clear, human, and helpful copy that guides users every step of the way. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and R&D to define our voice, fine‑tune flows, and make every micro‑moment feel intentional. You’ll move fast, test often, and help turn complexity into clarity.
