What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Know the menu inside and out — and make recommendations that wow
• Deliver food and drinks with energy, warmth, and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and jump in before they even have to ask
• Communicate with the kitchen to make sure every dish shines
• Handle payments and follow all cash-handling procedures
• Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications

• Serving Experience: 1 year preferred
• Proficient technical skills ex. POS systems
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
• High School Degree or GED required
