Job Description

Staffmark is looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join a leading company specializing in building secondary packaging machines.

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay: $23.58 - $28.75 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Interpret blueprints and sketches to determine fabrication requirements
• Fabricate parts efficiently with precision and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Operate shears, punches, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Technical degree in a related manufacturing field preferred
• Previous fabrication experience through internships or at least 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience with a high school diploma/GED
• Strong blueprint reading skills and proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
