Responsibilities:

• Lead and support your team during 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Motivate and guide team members to create consistently awesome taquitos and unforgettable customer experiences
• Work closely with management to meet goals and maintain high standards
• Take charge of customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and positivity
• Address challenges with a can-do attitude and quick problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork
• Positive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
• Experience in quick service fast food restaurants is a plus.
