Language Skills: Bilingual in both English and Chinese. Native English Speaker or IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL 110+ required. Location: Based in Beijing (4+ days/week onsite), 5-minute walk to nearest subway, but remote options for *exceptional candidates*. Nice-to-Haves You have your own video social media (TikTok/Youtube/Ins/Bilibili/Douyin, etc.) with more than 1000 followers. You have past experience creating your own AI agents to improve work efficiency. - Note, we do not require previous teaching experience at all; this is NOT a teaching job, it is a job that requires creativity and dedication. Your Role: Help create the next-gen version of language learning Create Interactive Short videos for the Next-gen Language Learning App: Develop interactive learning experiences for kids and teenagers learning English (beginner to intermediate levels). Make Learning Fun: Write scripts and create videos that mix education with trends from TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and memes. Add Interactive Features: Design games that give learners a chance to use the language and keep them hooked. Use AI Agents and Workflows: Use LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude/Deepseek and other AIGC tools to streamline workflows. Learn how we create videos/pictures/sound/music with AI agents. Understanding How Your Content Works on Real Users: Use Data to Improve: Track how long users watch, where they quit, and what they skip to make lessons better. Test Ideas with Users: Work with teens to try out new video styles, formats, and challenges.
