Shuttle Driver
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation for passengers between designated locations. Your primary focus will be ensuring a pleasant travel experience while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Additional duties will include washing cars, assisting customers with check in & check out, and assisting the valet team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along designated routes while adhering to a set schedule.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and mobility aids when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, performing routine inspections.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety by enforcing seatbelt usage and conducting safety briefings as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes or schedules as needed.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the Manager immediately.
-Assist Car Wash Team with cleaning vehicles
-Assist Concierge Team with checking customers in and out
-Assist Valet Team with moving vehicles
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to assist passengers with various needs, including those with disabilities.
**Physical Requirements:**
-- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with mobility challenges.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and driving may be required.
