Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Winfield, WV. This contract role spans the entire school year and involves providing clear, accurate interpretation services to ensure effective munication for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate munication between students, teachers, and staff by providing professional sign language interpretation.
• Assist in classroom settings to ensure students have equal access to educational content.
• Collaborate with educators and support personnel to tailor interpretation services to student needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards related to interpreting services.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as needed to support students' educational goals.
