Title: Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 5 – Social Impact Program Manager
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
Duration: 24 months to stat (with potential to convert to Direct Hire at CAT)
Pay Rate: Roughly $58 (W2 + Benefits), $66 (C2C)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end execution of a global CSR pledge across multiple countries and stakeholder groups
Develop project plans, manage reporting cadence, and ensure alignment with financial, compliance, and brand goals
Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring CSR programs to life, from strategy through impact
Maintain quarterly and annual reporting materials for executive leadership
Partner with communications to amplify brand messaging around CSR initiatives
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in philanthropic engagement
Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
10+ years of experience in CSR, philanthropic giving, or corporate foundation programs
Strong financial oversight experience and budget reporting
Deep knowledge of global CSR ecosystems and stakeholder management
PMP or PMI certification preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Qualifications (Desired):
Familiarity with the legal, compliance, and financial frameworks tied to corporate/foundation giving
Passion for social impact and strong ability to influence at all levels
Soft Skills Required:
Highly collaborative across global and cross-functional teams
Effective communicator and stakeholder manager
Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution style
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Disqualifiers:
Lack of collaboration or communication experience
Weak project management or stakeholder alignment skills
