With over a decade in business and a reputation for quality over shortcuts, they’re looking for experienced Solar Installation Technicians to join their Atlanta-based team.

Install rooftop and ground-mount solar panels, inverters, and related system components
Read layout drawings and technical plans to execute clean, code-compliant installs
Run electrical wiring and complete connections per NEC and local code
Perform equipment testing and basic system troubleshooting
Communicate clearly with team leads, electricians, and homeowners
Work safely at heights and follow all company and OSHA standards
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar trade (electrical, roofing, etc.)
Understanding of solar mounting systems, tools, and electrical basics
Ability to read and follow blueprints and installation diagrams
Familiarity with NEC codes and local permitting/inspection processes
Physically capable of rooftop work in varied weather
Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 or NABCEP a plus
