Job Description

  Position: SPED Paraprofessional
Rate: $23 per hour

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and the ability to assist in the implementation of instructional programs for students in reading, writing, mathematics, and/or other content areas
• Strong communication skills and ability to accept direction and supervision from certificated staff & Child Study Team required
• Knowledge of child growth and development
• Willing to ride the bus
• Child-centered
• Knowledge of specific handicapping conditions preferred
• Teacher Certification preferred
• Experience working with children
• ABA Experience preferred
• NJ Criminal Background Check and CPR/AED Certification required
