Senior Associate – M&A / Private Equity

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm looking to hire a Senior M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its Century City office . The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in complex M&A and/or private equity deals.
What You’ll Do:
Advise clients on sophisticated M&A and PE transactions
Work with private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and target companies
Lead drafting and negotiation of core transactional documents
Collaborate directly with partners and clients across industries
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in M&A and/or private equity
Strong understanding of transactional structures and market practices
Exceptional drafting, communication, and project management skills
BigLaw or highly regarded transactional boutique background preferred
CA Bar preferred (or willingness to gain admission)
