Job Title: Senior Splunk Engineer

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and maintain Splunk infrastructure and solutions focused on enterprise security requirements.
• Work on data ingestion strategies, ensuring the seamless integration of security-related data sources into Splunk.
• Develop and manage security monitoring solutions, including alerts, dashboards, and reports, to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with security operations teams to support incident response activities, analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders on Splunk and enterprise security practices.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Splunk, including significant experience in enterprise security applications.
• Proficiency in Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) application.
• Strong knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) concepts.
• Experience with data analysis, threat detection, and incident response.
