Position Summary



Have fun driving the NEW downtown connector municipal shuttle. Historic Tours of America has been contracted by the City of St. Augustine to provide staff and service for the all NEW downtown city shuttle.



*this is NOT a City of St. Augustine/Government position



This is a non spieling role. Must have a good sense of fun, desire for customer service and hospitality, as well as excellent driving skills as you drive a shuttle on the streets of St. Augustine!

• $2000 Hiring Bonus ($1000 pd after 90 day anniversary, $1000 pd after 6 month anniversary) *must meet attendance requirements

• Ability to learn and memorize routes as assigned.
• Must be able to board and exit the shuttle, mini bus or passenger van and assist patrons boarding and exiting.
• Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers, the general public, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, and tolerate a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have been driving for at least three years
• Must have a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Must pass a DOT physical upon employment

Successful candidate must pass a drug test and a background search
