Role Summary

The Store Manager, under the leadership of the District Manager, leads store operations, merchandising, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring operational standards, managing staff, and creating a WOW customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including merchandising, customer service, and team management.


• Drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure profitability.


• Recruit, train, and develop staff, supporting career growth.


• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.


• Manage cash handling, inventory, and store maintenance.


• Deliver exceptional customer service through staff training and role modeling.


• Partner with District Manager on store issues and team performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Preferably 3+ years management experience.


• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
