Description
The Strength & Conditioning Instructor supports our competitive team programs by leading structured weight training, conditioning, and running drills designed to improve overall strength, endurance, and athletic performance. This role works closely with the competitive coaching staff to ensure conditioning programs align with athlete development goals and safety standards. Over time, the instructor will be trained in proper spotting techniques to assist the Head Optional Team Coach as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead age-appropriate strength training and conditioning sessions for team athletes
• Run structured drills focused on strength building, endurance, and injury prevention
• Support athlete development through safe, effective fitness programming
• Collaborate with competitive coaches to align conditioning with training plans
• Learn and apply spotting techniques under the guidance of the Head Optional Team Coach
• Maintain a safe, organized, and motivating training environment
