What you will experience in this position:
    \n
  • Lead and direct projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within designated time frames and budget
  • \n
  • Collaborate with project staff to assign duties, responsibilities, and define the scope of authority
  • \n
  • Provide technical advice to resolve project issues and improve team performance
  • \n
  • Train and mentor CAD Technicians to maintain Trachte design standards
  • \n
  • Develop project Bill of Materials, Shop Work Orders, and final production drawings for the shop
  • \n
  • Communicate resource and equipment needs to internal customers to meet production requirements
  • \n
  • Build, empower, and supervise team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • \n
  • Strive to build a workplace culture that is enjoyable, instills pride in the product, and focuses on customer happiness
  • \n

You have:
    \n
  • An Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is required or at least 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • \n
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in CAD design
  • \n
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • \n
  • Strong attention to details, and effective communication in cross-functional team settings facilitating problem resolution, and nurturing a welcoming work environment
  • \n
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SolidWorks; SolidWorks Certification is preferred
  • \n
