Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): To provide general office support and perform clerical duties in the TRIO Educational Talent Search office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist staff with job requests such as photocopying, filing, and revising documents
• Assemble program mailings, student curriculum, and other items as needed
• Complete errands on campus (Print Center, Post Office, Bookstore)
• Create and update student folders
• Manage and create social media and electronic newsletter
• Provide general support

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• Attention to detail
• Experience with general computer software
• Ability to work independently
• Clerical skills such as filing, photocopying, revising documents
• Consistency, punctuality, and responsibility
