We are looking for great Stylists/Barbers who have a passion for giving our little customers an amazing experience while getting a haircut. Must be able to work Saturdays and hold a current SC Cosmetologist or Barber license. Pigtails & Crewcuts is a locally owned and operated premium hair salon that caters to kids. We also do adult haircuts, updo's, braiding, flat ironing, styling, ear piercing, and more. Don't worry if you need training/practice in any of these other services, we can train you on the job. Pigtails & Crewcuts' mission is to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for children and parents alike. You must hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license. You desire to deliver outstanding service to each child and their parent. You're comfortable and have patience to deal with the occasional squirmy kiddo with a smile on your face, compassion in your heart and understand that they are just scared. Compensation: We provide an above average guaranteed base wage plus tips (most parents tip our stylists very well for the care, love, and treatment you give to their children). Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, "mom chairs" at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products. Pigtails & Crewcuts proudly partners with Locks of Love. We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children's hair salon franchises in the country. Do you love kids?
