The Superintendent II - General Contractor - Charleston will be responsible for: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure subcontractor quality control. Coordinate field efforts between trades for timely and profitable project completion, following contract documents and safety regulations. Communicate essential project updates to management. Attend weekly meetings with subcontractors, owners, and architects. Monitor and enforce site safety protocols. Track manpower and prepare daily reports. Assist with quality control and document management. Help create look-ahead schedules and monitor site deliveries. Verify compliance of materials, equipment, and installations with approved submittals and contracts. Profile The Superintendent II - General Contractor - Charleston should have the following experience: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with a general contractor. Experience with large-scale, ground-up healthcare construction projects. Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and cost management principles. Basic knowledge of project management software. Mature professional with sound judgment. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven individual. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
