Job Description

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an Millwright/Conveyor Superintendent for projects throughout the Monday May 28th.


Installer Foreman will be working on their tools and overseeing crews of up to 15-20 installers doing weld up and bolt up conveyors. Installer Foreman will be working 50-60 hours per week for 5-6 weeks. Once this job is over Lead installers will move on to the next job.


This position is long term and 100% on the road. Pay for this position is $26-$28 and per diem is $100 all 7 days. There won't be travel in but once this job completes travel pay will be paid to get to the next job and thereafter. Travel pay will be paid out at ST rate for total duration it takes to get to the next site, plus milage which is 59 cents per mile, and if travel takes multiple days where employees need to stay over night they will be paid per diem for that amount of days it takes to get to the next site within reason. The distance calculated for travel pay will be determined by google maps.

-Foreman must be proficient in stick welding, have previous conveyor experience and must have platform experience.
-They will also be required to read blueprints/schematics, know how to look up specs via manual, and work independently.
-Candidates must supply all tools of the trade, and wear standard PPE.
-Candidates must pass all pre-employment screenings.
