Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications.
Resolve hardware, software, and user permissions issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct routine hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance of desktops and laptops.
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Ensure the highest standards of quality in all tasks and work processes.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant combination of education and work experience.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or related fields.
1-2 years of experience with Networking and Directories in Identity Access Management.
Strong knowledge of basic computer concepts, hardware and software troubleshooting, and workstation maintenance (desktop/laptop).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly ramp up to new tasks.
Strong customer focus, proactive approach, and the ability to stay motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Macintosh OS X (10.4 and above) is desirable.
Basic working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems, preferably Red Hat, at a user level.
In-depth knowledge of networking concepts including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Windows Server networking.
Vendor-level certifications such as Apple ACMT/ACSP and Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification is desirable.
Pay Rate Range: $25-$27 (Based on Experience)
Monday-Friday Schedule
