The Sushi Cook is responsible for preparing fresh sushi items including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice, while adhering to food safety and presentation standards. This part-time role involves working in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with custom orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
