Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental projects, including CO2 and energy reduction initiatives (High5+).
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track and report project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support and integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives across operations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3–5 years in sustainability, environmental projects, or facility management

Qualifications:

• Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record in sustainability initiatives, specifically related to energy and carbon reduction. Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is often preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Exposure to emissions inventory and reporting
• Familiarity with auditing and assessment: Conduct sustainability audits and assessments, including life cycle analyses, to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting environmental and operational data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, including spreadsheets and visualization software like PowerBI.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage complex projects
• Project Management Certification: CAPM, PMP, or similar is a plus

Location: On-site, in Grand Prairie, TX

Salary Range: $75K-$90K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
