Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
Soliant isseeking a Teacher of Special Education with certification in Physical and Health Disabilities (PH/D) to provide virtual consultation services across the district. This role supports students with a range of primary disabilities from birth through age 22 during a temporary period of approximately six weeks.
Key Responsibilities:Provide virtual consultation and support to families, teachers, and service providers working with students who have physical and health disabilities.
Assist in developing and monitoring individualized education programs (IEPs) related to physical and health disability needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure pliance and quality of specialized instruction and services.
Support educators and families with strategies, resources, and adaptations tailored to student needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and munication within the virtual consultation framework.
Valid MinnesotaPH/D (Physical and Health Disabilities) Teaching Certification required.
Experience working with students birth to age 22 preferred.
Ability to deliver services virtually with strong technology and munication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of physical and health disability-related educational practices.
Approximately 6 weeks from mid-October to end of December.
Up to 10 hours per week; schedule flexible within this timeframe.
