Now Hiring: Textile Laboratory Manager – Full-Time | Onsite in Montebello, CA

We’re partnering with a well-known apparel brand to find a Textile Laboratory Manager to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity based 100% onsite Monday–Friday in Montebello, CA .

Position Overview:

The Textile Laboratory Manager will lead lab operations for fabric testing, color approvals, and product integrity. You’ll manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain the highest quality standards across global production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of an in-house textile lab
• Manage and mentor a team of lab technicians
• Conduct and approve color tests (Spectrophotometer), shrinkage, and appearance assessments
• Ensure accuracy of fabric testing and ASN approvals in internal systems
• Work closely with raw materials and product integrity teams
• Travel internationally (including Central America) to manage offshore lab operations
• Scale lab capabilities and implement new testing standards

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in textile, apparel, or product development
• Expertise in dyeing, fabric manufacturing, and textile testing
• Leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Compensation: $95K–$110K annually (based on experience)

  Location: Fully onsite – Montebello, CA

  Start Date: ASAP, following interview process- 4 Interviews (including onsite)
