We are currently seeking a results-driven Tint Specialist (Color Color Lab Technician) to help us at our facility in Middletown, OH.

As a Tint Specialist (Color Lab Technician) you will manually mix stains and pigmented lacquers to customer specifications and ensure quality control. You will maintain in-depth, detailed records of colors developed and manage all lacquer sprays equipment and inventory.

Hours: Approximately 8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday

Pay: $20/HR+ based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and expedited service to all customers, in person and on the phone
• Partner with Sales Representatives in fulfilling customers' expectations and color requirements
• Catalyze coatings and mix tints to customer specifications
• Maintain equipment, dispensers, and the appearance of the work area should be clean, neat and well organized
• Communicate with Customer Service to ensure all orders and requests are expedited in a timely manner
• Conduct all business transactions in a professional manner with high ethical standards
• Train and coordinate spray demo with Finishers at customers facility
• Coating experience a plus
• Self-motivated, self-driven individual who has the get the job done attitude

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of color theory and color harmony
• 1+ year(s) experience within the field of stains, tints, coating and/or finishes
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
