Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client, a leading provider in building automation, on their search for a Training Specialist based out of their Buffalo Grove IL facility. This is a HIGH TRAVEL ROLE – 60-80% (3-5 days/week) local travel; home on weekends.

Compensation: $80,000-87,000
What You Will Do :
Responsible for delivering high quality solutions training (in both classroom and electronic environments) for Specialists, Field Technicians, Field Engineers and/or customers. Will function as an expert in providing technical support in the delivery of training programs to meet the skill competencies of the learners.
