Job Description

The Reserves Network is seeking a Travel Coordinator to support our team with arranging and managing travel plans. In this role, you will book flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while assisting with last-minute changes and ensuring costs remain within budget. You’ll work closely with employees and clients to provide excellent service, prepare itineraries, and coordinate group travel for company events. This is a fast-paced position that requires flexibility, organization, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries
• Assist employees and clients with changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs
• Track expenses and maintain records within budget and policy
• Coordinate group travel for meetings, conferences, and company events

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve under pressure

The base pay range for this position is $30,700–$32,600 annually , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
