Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel RN - Medical / Surgical

Shift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• KS License
• 2 years experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• 1 year experience preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred

Other Details:

Floating may be required: will only float within the zone for a critical need

• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.

• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a

o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or

o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.

• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
