Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, weekends required

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• KS License
• 2 Years Experience
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required
• 1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred

Will only float within the zone for a critical need

Other Details:

• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.

• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a

o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or

o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

 

• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.

• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
